The Pickaway County ESC Governing Board represents the three local school districts: Logan Elm, Teays Valley and Westfall. Board members are elected at large and serve a four year term.

All four county school districts – Logan Elm, Teays Valley , Westfall and Circleville City – receive services from the ESC.

The Governing Board's regular meeting date is the second Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated) at the Pickaway County ESC, 424 E. Mound St., Circleville with entry through the employee entrance by the alley.

• Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024 at 2050 Stoneridge Dr., Circleville, OH

• Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024 4:00pm at 2050 Stoneridge Dr., Circleville, OH (Special Board Meeting for the purpose of reviewing and voting on a purchase offer for the ESC Stoneridge property.)

• Tuesday, Mar. 12, 2024 at 2050 Stoneridge Dr., Circleville, OH

• Tuesday, Apr. 9, 2024 (Location changed to 424 E. Mound St., Circleville, OH)

• Tuesday, May 14, 2024 (Pickaway County ESC Records Commission Meeting at 3:45pm at 2050 Stoneridge Dr., Circleville, OH for the purpose of recommending records destruction according to approved records schedule)
